NCSS regularly gathers information and feedback on the social service sector to help us in work. The Social Service Sector Survey 2021 is one of such efforts. The survey asked different stakeholders for their perception of the social service sector at large, and members’ view of their organisation’s capability and capacity, as well as challenges they face.
